On August 15–16 and 22–23, the first-ever Youth Drone Soccer Charity Experience Event was held at the Chih Shang Junior High Schooll Gymnasium. The event was co-organized by the Chih Shang Township Office and Taiwan International Drone Sports Co., Ltd., with support from the Asia International Drone Club (AIDC), Taitung County Chih Shang Junior High School, and various village offices.

Drone soccer has become a global trend, popular in countries like South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The organizers combined drone operation with soccer competition, and — through the joint efforts of multiple organizations — brought this exciting activity to Taitung for the first time. This event is not only a perfect fusion of technology and sports but also helps students develop STEM skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
